RETURNS POLICY
We accept any reasonable request to return items within 14 days of purchase, for a full refund
(minus postage costs) items must be returned to us in their original
condition within 7 days from the date of purchase. If you are outside
the 7 day period we can offer a credit note or exchange up to the value
of your original purchase (minus P&P) upto 14 days from the date of
purchase. If you are reporting damage or faults to your received item(s), this must be reported to us within 48 hours of you receiving the item(s), failure to do so will result in my vintage being unable to accept any request for return. Our returns policy is in compliance with the 'Sale of Goods Act'.
If you wish to return an item to My Vintage -
Please note the following points:
1. You must contact us by email, outlining the reasons for your return
and to receive a returns number.
If no contact is made via email prior to you returning an item or you
return any item without a returns number then
your return will not be processed. Once you receive your returns
number, we must receive the returned item within 5 working days, if we
do not receive the return within 5 working days your return will not be
processed.
2. Proof of postage must be obtained when the item is sent back. We do
not refund on a purchase which has been lost on return to us.
3. Postage costs are non - refundable. However, although we never
knowingly misrepresent any item, if it has been described inaccurately
by us in error, all postage costs will be reimbursed.
4. The item must be returned to us in the same condition it was sent to you.
5.
For items that do not fit we can only offer an exchange or credit note
as accurate measurements are clearly displayed on each item.
The refund will be credited back onto your card within 14 days from when
we receive the returned goods & you will receive a confirmation of
refund email. Please note that, depending on your bank, the refund may
take a day or two to show up on your statement.
If your order receives free delivery and is subsequently returned, a
handling charge of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount to cover
our postage and packaging costs.
Please note - We do not accept returns on sale/clearance items listed
in the sale rail section of this website and also for hygiene reasons
earrings, leggings, tights, stockings and lingerie.
PAYMENTS
To pay with your credit/debit card or bank transfer through our secure
server please click the "proceed to checkout" button below or to pay
using Paypal Express or Google Checkout, please click on the Paypal or
Google buttons to the right. If you experience any problems during the
checkout process or require any help, please contact us on 01254774701. At no point do we ever have access to your card details - Moneybookers, Paypal or Google simply send us your payment and delivery
instructions.
