We are sure that you will love your purchase from My Vintage but we understand that sometimes there might be something that isn't quite right.
Therefore, we accept the return of any purchase for any reason within 7 days of receipt (excluding pierced jewellery, underwear and swimwear). Just follow these 3 easy steps...
Step 1 - Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for return. We will then send you a returns number within 24 hours. This returns number MUST be marked on the OUTER package before you return the item or your return may not be processed.
PLEASE NOTE - Brand new items are always elligible for a full refund but with our secondhand vintage clothing and designer vintage items we can only offer a refund if the item is faulty or has been misrepresented. We offer full and honest descriptions and thorough measurements for all our vintage clothing products so items that do not fit or do not suit can only be returned for a credit note. We hope you understand our reasons for this and appreciate your co-operation.
Step 2 - Return the parcel to the address we provide. As you are responsible for the item until it reaches us, we strongly recommend that you use an insured/signed-for service.
Step 3 - Once we receive your return and process it, we will email you with the credit note details or confirmation of the refund if applicable. Credit notes are issued in the form of a voucher code to use online to buy anything else from My Vintage and are valid for 6 months. This gives you plenty of flexibility and time to find something else.
My Vintage reserves the right to refuse refunds on any items they believe to have obviously been worn or damaged since despatch, or items which are returned to us outside of the 7 day return period. Items must be received back to My Vintage within 7 days of receipt along with your unique returns number. If not, your return will not be processed.
