Over the top and completely fabulous! Frank Usher cocktail gown in bright hot pink taffeta feel fabric. Large open collar and big puff sleeves. Nipped in at rouched waist with oversize bow and two layer straight cut skirt. An amazing vintage find! Non stretch polyester/taffeta material.
