About My Vintage

Being a vintage seller is just as exciting as being a vintage buyer - we never know exactly what we are going to get next!! Whether you're a collector, fashionista or just strive to be individual then look no further than My Vintage.

We source our items from all over the world - trying to cater for as many tastes as possible. Once the items are with us we steam clean and care for each one, and store them in air tight packaging, ready to be shipped direct to you. Goods will always reach you in their best possible condition but obviously vintage clothing has usually been preworn so the odd bit of wear and tear is to be expected. We never sell anything that we deem unwearable and if there is any major damage this will be highlighted within the description. To help you even further, we have compiled the following condition guide:

Excellent vintage condition	The garment has very little wear or looks unworn. No damage or staining and all buttons/zips/fastenings intact and working.
Very good vintage condition	Some wear and tear such as light bobbling or the odd snag could be apparent. There may be an odd mark or stain that could be washed out.
Good vintage condition	The item may have a tear or small hole. There may be marking or staining that is noticable. **Please note - the specifics will always be mentioned in the description **

Our Collection
We stock items for both men and women all year round. Our vintage collection carries items from the 1940's through to the 1980's. In our retro clothing section we carry brand new retro clothing. We aim to update the website daily with new products - so make sure you bookmark us and check back regularly - be sure to look in all categories for those hidden gems!

The Sale Rail
Our Sale Rail allows you to shop by size. The items in here are clearance stock and special offer bundles. There are always bargains to be found so don't forget to have a peep every time you visit!

Payment
To pay with your credit/debit card or bank transfer through our secure server please click the "proceed to checkout" button or to pay using Paypal Express or Google Checkout, please click on the Paypal or Google buttons to the right. If you experience any problems during the checkout process or require any help, please contact us on 01254774701. At no point do we ever have access to your card details - Moneybookers, Paypal or Google simply send us your payment and delivery instructions.

Returns
We accept any reasonable request to return items within 14 days of purchase, for a full refund (minus postage costs) items must be returned to us in their original condition within 7 days from the date of purchase. If you are outside the 7 day period we can offer a credit note or exchange up to the value of your original purchase (minus P&P) upto 14 days from the date of purchase. If you are reporting damage or faults to your received item(s), this must be reported to us within 48 hours of you receiving the item(s), failure to do so will result in my vintage being unable to accept any request for return. Our returns policy is in compliance with the 'Sale of Goods Act'.

If you wish to return an item to My Vintage -

Please note the following points:

1. You must contact us by email, outlining the reasons for your return and to receive a returns number. If no contact is made via email prior to you returning an item or you return any item without a returns number then your return will not be processed. Once you receive your returns number, we must receive the returned item within 5 working days, if we do not receive the return within 5 working days your return will not be processed.

2. Proof of postage must be obtained when the item is sent back. We do not refund on a purchase which has been lost on return to us.

3. Postage costs are non - refundable. However, although we never knowingly misrepresent any item, if it has been described inaccurately by us in error, all postage costs will be reimbursed.

4. The item must be returned to us in the same condition it was sent to you.

 

5. For items that do not fit we can only offer an exchange or credit note as accurate measurements are clearly displayed on each item.

The refund will be credited back onto your card within 14 days from when we receive the returned goods & you will receive a confirmation of refund email. Please note that, depending on your bank, the refund may take a day or two to show up on your statement.

 

If your order receives free delivery and is subsequently returned, a handling charge of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount to cover our postage and packaging costs.

Please note - We do not accept returns on sale/clearance items listed in the sale rail section of this website and also for hygiene reasons earrings, leggings, tights, stockings and lingerie.

Delivery
We offer FREE Standard delivery (2-5 days) on all orders over £75* - If your order is under £75 the postage cost is £4.95. If you require your item(s) in a hurry then we also offer UK Next Day Delivery for £6.95 per order (Orders received before 12 noon will be shipped on the same day, orders received after 12 noon will be sent on the next working day). If you are outside the UK then International delivery is £12.95 per order. You can select your mode of shipping at checkout by using the drop down menu.
